Can I remove Windows Remediation

Yes, you can remove it just like any other program. However, it’s not recommended that you do so. And even if you uninstall it, it will reappear whenever the OS needs the file for an update.  Also, this is usually installed before any major feature update of Windows, so you can just leave it right there.
